Mozzarella stuffed mushrooms

Ingredients
6 mushrooms1/2 medium onion1 tbsp parsleypinch of saltpinch of pepper1 small clove garlic, minced1/4 mozzarella, shredded1 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise
Directions
Preheat oven to 400F/205C
Rinse mushrooms, and pat dry. Pull out stems and set aside. Place caps in a baking dish.
Chop stems finely
Chop onion finely
Saute stems and onion, until lightly browned.
In a bowl, combine onion mixture and the rest of the ingredients. Combine with fork until mixture holds together. May add more or less mayo, depending.
Using a teaspoon, spoon mixture into the caps.
Bake for 20 minutes
