Amanda's crock pot chicken

Ingredients
2-Chicken Breast (cooked), no skin, roasted, 3 ounces Cream Cheese, Fat Free, 100 grams *Campbell's Cream of Chicken Soup (98% fat free), 1 cup Kraft Ranch Salad Dressing, 1 packet, 1 serving
Directions
put everything in the crock pot except the chicken and place it on high till everything melts (about 20 minutes) then add the chicken and turn it down to low and let it cook a few hours
