Ingredients
Pacific Natural Foods Organic Diced Tomatoes, 1 can*Fresh Sweet Onion (1 Medium Raw), *Balsamic Vinegar, 1 tbsp Carrots, raw, .25 cup, grated *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp *(C) Garlic, minced, 1 tsp *Italian Seasoning (SPICE), 1 tbsp *salt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a medium size sauce pan, sautee onion and garlic in olive oil. Puree tomatoes and add to sauce pan. Add grated carrots and vinegar and season to taste. Let simmer on low for 45 minutes and enjoy!
