1 lb lean ground beef1/5 yellow onion1 can tomato soup1 can creamed cornsalt and pepper3 oz cheese2 box instant mashed potato
fry beef and onion, drain. Mix in tomato soup, corn, spice to salt and pepper. Put in large casserole dish. Cook instant potatoes as directed and spread over meat mixture. Cook 30 minutes at 350 with lid on. Remove lid, add cheese and cook until cheese is melted. Makes 6 servings.
