1 Box Glutino Gluten Free Muffin Mix1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk, Plain1 Egg1/4 Cup Egg Substitute1tsp Vanilla Extract3/4 Cup Blueberries1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips
Directions
Preheat Oven to 350
Spray mini muffin tins with cooking spray
Drop by teaspoonful
Bake for approx. 20 minutes
Let cool and freeze extra muffins for portion control :)
