crock pot cashew chicken

Ingredients
2 lbs skinless chicken breasts.25 c flour.5 tsp black pepper1 Tbsp canola oil.25 lite soy sauce2 Tbsp rice vinegar2 Tbsp Ketchup1 Tbsp brown sugar1 clove garlic, minced.5 tsp ginger.5 tsp red pepper flakes.5 c cashews
Directions
shake chicken pieces in flour pepper mix in plastic bag
brown in canola oil in skillet,put in crock
mix soy sauce,rice vinegar,ketchup,brown sugar,garlic
ginger and pepper flakes and pour over chicken cook on low crock pot setting 3 or 4 hours, add cashews and serve
