Marshmallow Fluff Frosting

Ingredients
1 cup Marshmallow Fluff (marshmallow creme)2 large egg whites, at room temperature1 cup sugar1/4 teaspoon cream of tartarPinch salt1/4 cup water1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
In the top of a double-boiler over hot, not boiling, water, combine all ingredients except vanilla. With an electric hand mixer, beat until soft peaks form, about 7 minutes. Remove from heat, add vanilla and continue beating until stiff and somewhat cooled. Makes enough to fill and frost two 8- or 9-inch layers.
