chicken sausage, kale & potatoe soup

Ingredients
1 pkg Italian chicken sausage6 small red potatoes chopped1 bunch kale, chopped1 sweet onion, thinly sliced4 cups low sodium chicken broth 2 tsp red pepper flacks (optional)salt & pepper extra light olive oil
Directions
1. use a tsp of olive oil to sauté you onion til al dente.
2. add in potatoes, chicken broth, salt & pepper.
3. Bring to a boil, reduce to simmer about 20 mins til potatoes are soft.
4. add in kale, chicken, milk & red pepper flakes. Simmer for 15 mins.
5. Salt to taste
