Pureed Cauliflower and Broccoli

1 head broccoli1 head cauliflower3 Tbsp cream cheesesalt and pepper to tastewedge of lemon (optional)
Chop and steam broccoli and cauliflower until soft all the way through. In a food processor, puree with cream cheese until blended. If additional liquid is needed add water, or plain yogurt or kefir (this will change the nutritional results slightly). Add salt and pepper to taste. For a vegan version, plain almond or coconut yogurt can be used in places of the cheese. Serve with lemon wedges.
