Ingredients
Directions
1. 1 package of your favourite tofu shiritaki noodles2. 4-5 hot Italian sausages (or any meat of your choice)3. 1 bag of frozen vegetables (I suggest an Asian blend because they are the lowest in carbs)4. 1 can of crushed tomatoes5. 1 tablespoon of tomato paste6. 1 tbsp crushed garlic7. 2 tbsp chili powder8. 1 tbsp onion powder9. 1/4 of an onion (red or white)10. Salt and pepper optional to taste (not included in nutrition facts)
Squeeze sausages out of the casings and chop into bite-sized pieces.
In a large pot in a low simmer, brown the sausages for about 5 minutes.
