Fiber One Berry Smoothies

Ingredients
3/4 cup Low-Fat Plain Yogurt3/4 cup Skim Milk1 cup frozen Mixed Berries2 Tbs Fiber One Cereal
Directions
In blender, place all ingredients. Cover; blend on high speed for 10 seconds.
Scrape down sides of blender. Cover; blend about 20 seconds longer or until smooth.
Pour into 2 glasses. Serve immediately.

Serves 2

For smoother consistency, crush the Fiber One cereal before adding to the blender.

    I've been on a Smoothie search & this will be a great breakfast one. Hubby & I are not breakfast eaters, so this is better than not eating anything.

    DELICIOUS! I made it with fat-free vanilla yogurt. This added a wonderfully rich flavor and I think it omitted the need to add a sweetener. A new favorite :) - 1/14/10
