1/2 cup long grain rice3 potatoes, sliced2 carrots, peeled, halved and cut into 1/2" pieces1 onion, chopped1.5 cup peas, frozen12 sausages, browned and cut up1 can tomato soup1 soup can of water1 can crushed tomatoes2 cloves garlic, minceditalian seasoningsalt & pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Lightly grease a casserole dish or a 9x13" pan. Layer ingredients starting with rice, potatoes, carrots, onions, peas and sausages.
Mix tomato soup, with water, minced garlic and seasonings together in a medium sized bowl; pour over top of casserole. Cover casserole dish and place in center of over for 60 - 75 minutes.
Serving Size: Makes 10 - 12 cups and servings of 1.5 cups
