Orange Crockpot Chicken

Ingredients
2 Carrots, raw, 1/2 chunks2 Green Peppers (bell peppers),1/2 inch chunks 4 Chicken Breast, no skinFrozen Concentrate Orange Juice, 8 oz 3 Clove of Garlic)Salt, 1 tspPepper, black, .5 tsp Ginger, ground, 2 tsp 2 green onions2 cups Fresh Mandarin Orange, or regular orange slices
Directions
Add carrots, greep peppers, and garlic to bottom of crock pot. Add chicken next. Add ginger, salt, pepper, and frozen orange juice concentrate to top of chicken. Cook 4-6 hrs on low in crockpot. Add orange slices and green onions as garnish on top and serve with rice.
