Gluten-free granola

Ingredients
3 c McCann's gluten free oats1/2 c cashews1/2 c sunflower seed1/4 c rice flour1/4 c sorghum flour1 T cinnamon1 t allspice1 t ginger, dry3/4 c honey1/2 c cranberry juice unsweetened1 T vanilla extract (gluten free)2 t canola
Directions
preheat 250. grease baking sheets. Mix cashew, oats, sunflower seed, rice flour, sorghum flour, cinnamon, allspice, ginger.
Combine honey, juice, vanilla, oil. Add too oat mixture. Toss to coat. Bake at least 1-1/2 hours, checking every 15 minutes and stiring mixture until golden brown. Let cool, store in refrigerator.
