peanut butter coconut balls

Ingredients
1 cup peanut butter1 large banana, mashed1 tbsp cinnamonstevia to taste2 scoops of whey protein powder1/2 cup (or so) of unsweetened shredded coconut
Directions
mix all ingredients except shredded coconut. Spoon out about 1 tbsp at a time of the dough, roll it into a ball, and roll into shredded coconut. Place on wax paper on cookie sheet. Place in freezer and then transfer into zip lock bag and store in freezer. They do get too soft to travel with so they are yummy for breakfast or an after school/work treat.
