Juice of 1 lemonJuice of 1 lime1 peeled orange, cut into pieces1 apple, peel on, no core, cut into pieces4 celery stalks, cut into pieces1/2 small acorn squash, seeds and skin removed, cut into chunksabout 1/2 inch bundle of Flat Italian Parsley (or curled if you prefer) chop or not - depends on your blenderRaw Ginger to taste, I usually put 1 inch, not peeled, but dry ends and nubs removed. 1 20 oz. can pineapple with juice/no sugar added - any style
Organic ingredients are preferred. Thoroughly clean all produce. Add all ingredients to Vita Mix. Start on slow, increase speed to about 5.Use plunger to force everything into blades adjusting speed . When it's moving pretty well, increase to high speed. If it's too thick, add a little water.
