rice stroganoff

Ingredients
White Rice, long grain, cooked, 4 cup Cream of Chicken Soup, 1 can (10.75 oz) zucchini Squash, 2 cup Onion, uncooked chopped, 0.5 cup Ground beef, lean, 8 oz Oikos Organic Greek Yogurt, Plain, 6 oz Milk, 2%, with added nonfat milk solids, without added vit A, 1 cup season salt 1 tsp or to taste
Directions
Start rice according to instructions
onions and zucchini and cook until soft or onions are caramelized
Brown meat in same pan
Add all remaining ingrediants and warm
serve over rice
