Crock-Pot Brown Rice Breakfast Risotto

Ingredients
2 T butter3 little apples, chopped1 1/2 t cinnamon1/8 t nutmeg1/8 t cloves1/4 t kosher salt2 cups dry brown rice (short grain works best)1/3 cup brown sugar 4 cups of apple juice1 C skim milk
Directions
Rub the bottom and sides of a 4-6 qt Crock Pot with the firm butter, then break the rest into pieces. Stir everything else into the crock pot.

Just before you go to bed, set the crock pot to low!

Everything should be done in 6-8 hours!
