Bulgur, dry, 2 cup (remove) Tomato Paste, 25 grams (remove) *pepper paste, turkish style, 2 tbsp (remove) Red Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped or sliced (remove) Parsley, 1 cup (remove) Scallions, raw, 1 medium (4-1/8" long) (remove) *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 6 tbsp (remove) Lemons, 1 fruit without seeds (remove) Boiled hot Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
1- Put bulgur, tomato paste and pepper paste in a big bowl and pour over the boiling water. Cover it with a lid and let it to be brewed 10 minutes so bulgur can soften.
2- Meanwhile, prepare the other ingredients;
Chop tomato, parsley and scallion.
Combine olive oil and lemon juice in a jug,
3-Check your soaked bulgur if it’s softened, knead with your hand 5 minutes and add the oil-lemon juice combination, mix them with you hands softly
4-then add all chopped scallion, parsley and tomatoes, mix it for the last time
5-place in a nice bowl and bon appetite
