Thin Mint Chocolate Chip "Shake"

Ingredients
1/3 c. 2% cottage cheese2/3 c. almond milk1 1/2 cup ice cubes1 tsp. vanilla ext.1/4 tsp. peppermint ext.2 Tbsp. powdered Xylitol1 square Lindt 70% Dark Chocolate BarFat-Free Reddi-Whip
Directions
Place all ingredients except the chocolate into a Magic Bullet and blend until it reaches a smooth consistency. Break chocolate into a few tiny pieces and add to shake. Pulse a few more times until chocolate becomes small flecks. Put a squirt of FF Reddi-Whip on top and ENJOY!
