Indian Chickpeas Soup

Ingredients
1/2 tsp margarine4 cloves garlic1-2 stalks celery1 tsp curry powder1 tsp chili powder1 tbsp brown mustard seeds (if you have it)1 tsp ground tumeric1.75 cup 1% milk3.5 cups chicken broth1 can chickpeas, drained and rinsed2 cups of fresh spinachSalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Heat margarine with garlic and celery. Brown.

Add curry powder, chili powder, mustard seeds, and tumeric.

Add milk, broth & chickpeas.

Add the spinach & cook until wilted.

Serving Size: 1 cup
