High Protein Chocolate Cake in a Cup

1/4 cup Almond Flour1 TBSP Dutch Cocoa Powder1/4 tsp Baking Powder6 packets Splenda2 TBSP Body Fortress Whey Protein Powder --Choc PB2 Tbsp Fresh Ground Peanut Butter (peanuts only)2 Tbsp Water1 egg1 TBSP Sugar Free Chocolate Syrup1 TBSP Mini-Chocolate Chips (or SF Choc Chips)1 tsp Fiber-Sure (fiber supplement)
In a large thick-walled ceramic mug or 2 cup glass measuring cup, mix all ingredients well with a fork. Scrape down the sides with a scraper/spatula.
Microwave on high for 1 minute to 1 minute 15 seconds (depends on your microwave) until set, but still moist on top. DO NOT OVER COOK, as it will become too dry!
Top with a dollop of whipped cream or cream cheese with a little Splenda/Stevia mixed in it and enjoy!
Serving Size: One cake in a cup= 2 servings
