unbleached whole wheat Stop Shop flourNo Salt1/4 cup Splenda Sugar Substitutewarm waterblanched Village Farm instant nonfat dry milkdry active yeast at room temperatureSmart Balance Omega margarineWheat Germ (WFM bins)
Scald Soy milk. Allow to cool to room temperature.
Add Smart Balance spread, mix well. Blend egg substitute and scalded milk into dry ingredients.
Measure 1 serving active dry yeast. Leave until room temperature. Add less than tblsp flour & tsp Splenda mixed. Add 1/2 cup warm water, stir until all solid dispersed in water. Set aside yeast mix until it doubles.
Sift flour. Add splenda to dry ingredients, mix.
Add egg-milk mix to one cup flour until nomogenous. Add yeast mix and another cup sifted flour. Keep adding remainder of sifted flour until bread starts to form.
Knead in remainder of flour on pastry board. Allow bread to rise until doubled. Shape into loaf and place in parchment paper lined stainless stell loaf pan. Or shape into 7-8 size hamburger rolls.
Bake at 425 deg F for ten minutes to halt rising.
Lower oven heat to 350 deg F for another 35-40 minutes or until bread tester comes clean.
Serving Size: 2 slices 1/4 inch width thickness bread
