Ham & Potato Puff

Ingredients
3 cups mashed potato2 Tbsp. margarine (melted)2 eggs, beaten1.5 cups skim milk1/3 cup Parmesan cheese6 oz. Mozzarella cheese2 Tbsp. parsley1 cup diced ham (cooked)
Directions
Mix potatoes with egg. Slowly mix in milk and margarine. Add parsley and cheeses. Fold in ham. Pour into a lightly greased 8x8 baking pan and bake at 350 for 1 hr.

    mine was also watery. Next time I think I will leave out 1/2 the milk Great flavor though, even the 2 year old ate it. - 1/31/09
