Tofu, and Chicken stirfry

Ingredients
Tofu, firm, 1 block Cauliflower, cooked, 2 cup (1" pieces) Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped Garlic, 1 tsp Chicken Breast (cooked and chopped)Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped *Soy Sauce, 4 tbsp Ginger, ground, .5 tsp Cornstarch, .1 cup Chicken Broth, 1 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
Directions
Pat Tofu Dry, cut into small pieces (1/4'' pieces) fry in reduced fat butter and spray pan. Fry until brown. Remove from pan.
Fry onions, garlic, peppers, ginger. Add broth, add broccoli and cauliflower and cooked chicken. Add soya sauce, sugar and cornstarch. Add tofu. Heat and Enjoy this Tasty Treat!
