Crockpot Apple & Cinnamon Steel Cut Oats

4 apples peeled, cored & cubed2 tsp cinnamon2/3 cup brown sugar1 cup steel cut oats2 cups water2 cups milk
Spray crockpot with non-stick spray
Peel, core and chop 4 apples into large chunks. Add all ingredients into crockpot and stir gently.
Cook on low overnight.
Approximately 5 minutes before serving, stir gently to mix and ensure all the oats are rehydrated and cooked.
