3 Cups Flour whole wheat King Arthur1 Cup Oats, Bob's Red Mill Steel Cut Oats 1 Cup Cereals, oats, instant1/4 Cup Raw sugar(C&H Raw Hawaiian)1 Can pure Pumpkin1 Cup Cranberries, dried1 Banana, smashed1 1/2 TBSP Baking Powder1/8 Chup Wheat bran2 Egg, fresh, beaten1 tsp Seasalt1 1/2 Cups Lactaid Fat Free Milk1 1/2 TBSP Pumpkin pie spice
Set Oven to 375
Mix all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Mix all wet ingredients in a separate bowl. combine in large bowl and mix well. Spread into large lined sheet pan and sprinkle with sea salt. Bake for 20 minutes. Let cool and cut into bars, Package individually and freeze if desired.
Serving Size: Cut into 24 equal pieces
