2 chicken thighs1 onion diced2 C chick peas (rinse if using canned)1 14 oz can diced tomatoes, no salt added1 C chicken broth1/3 C dried sweetened cranberries (craisins)2 small potatoes, diced1 cubanelle pepper, diced (can use bell pepper)1 PKT Sazon Goya2 bay leavesdash worcestershire sauce1 tsp chili powder
1) Spread onion slices on bottom of crockpot.
2) Place chicken thighs on top of onions.
3) Sprinkle one packet of Sazon over chicken.
4) Put everything else in crockpot ending with tomatoes on the top.
5) Cook 6 hours on high -or- 8 hours on low.
Serving Size: makes 5 (2 Cup) servings
