Cranberry pecan bread

Ingredients
2 cups flour but I used 1 cup brown rice flour, 1/3 cup almond flour and 1/3 cup coconut flour1 cup sugar but I used 1/4 cup agave, 1/4 cup hone and 1/4 cup white sugar1 tsp salt1 tsp baking soda1 1/2 tsp baking powder3/4 cup orange juice1 T grated orange peel1 egg2 T vegetable oil1 cup chopped cranberries frozen or fresh1/2 cup chopped nuts I used pecans
Directions
Prepare loaf pan with non stick spray
mix dry ingredients then add wet ingredients.
Add cranberries and nuts at the end
Bake
