Ingredients
5 baby carrots1 Gala apple 3"1/2 cp of spinache (fresh or frozen)1/2 cp of kale (fresh)1/4 cp of mixed berries (fresh or frozen)1 cp of water
Directions
add carrots then apple then spinache, then kale, then berries then water and blend till at desired consistancy, you may need to jiggle it a couple of times if too full.
