4 Cup cut up vegetalbes (Carrots, Broccoli, Pepper, Onion, Celery)1/2 Green Bell Pepper4 Chicken sausages 2 cup cut up potatoes2 cup chicken broth1/2 cup white wine (optional)2 cup of fresh spinach
Cut up vegetables
layer in dense vegetable on bottom to less dense on top.
DO NOT ADD Spinach.
Cut up sausage and add to top.
Mix wine and chicken broth and pour over
Cook 6 hours on high or 8 hours on low.
5 mins before serving add spinach to let it wilt and serve.
