Ingredients
2 Eggs1/4 Medium Onion1/4 Red and or Orange Bell Pepper2 C fresh Spinach1 tsp Avocado Oil
Directions
sauté onions and peppers until desired tenderness with 1 tsp Avocado oil, add spinach until wilted then 2 eggs until cooked to a soft scramble.

This is a very filling satisfying breakfast that will keep you satiated until snack / lunch time
