Introduction

Ingredients

    1 Med Yellow Onion
    4 Tbls Fresh Cilantro
    2 Freshly Squeezed Lemons
    1 Tbls Salt
    4 Med Tomatoes

Directions

In a medium bowl add diced tomatoes and onion. Mince cilantro and add salt to mixture. Add the salt before the lemon juice and taste for your preference. Cut and squeeze your lemons in a smaller separate container. You don't want the bitter taste from the lemon to get inside your salsa. Remove seeds and add over your mixture.

1 Tbls per serving...makes about 25-30
