Ingredients
2 can sauerkraut32 oz chicken stock2 cups water1 can kidney beans1 can hominy2 cups lean chopped ham2 tablespoons crushed pepper2 cloves garlic1 teaspoon hot sauce
Directions
Drain all vegetables and add them to the crockpot with the rest if the ingredients.
