Gazpacho

Ingredients
• ½ of a large cucumber • 8-10 cherry tomato’s• ½ a small onion• a pinch of lemon juice • a pinch of cilantro
Directions
Take the cucumber, cherry tomatoes, the onion, the lemon juice, and cilantro blend it all up in the blender. Serve cold and enjoy. great as a cold soup or even on Tortilla chips.
