Ingredients
1 box Swanson Mexican Tortilla broth1 large onion2 tbs. tomato paste1/2 c. frozen corn (I used can)1 c. black beans , drained and rinsed1 can (15.5 oz) diced tomatoescooking spray1 12.5 ounce can of chunk chicken
Directions
Chop onion and over medium heat cook for 2 minutes or until tender-crisp. Stir in tomato paste, corn, beans, tomatoes, broth and chicken. Heat to a boil, reduce and heat to low and cook 5 minutes. Add tortilla chips or strips and serve...
