Roasted Cinnamon Carrots

2 Cups Raw Carrots1.5 Tbsp EVOO1 TSsp Salt1 Tsp Cinnamon, Ground
Directions
Slice carrots 1/4 inch thickness. Mix all ingredients and spread evenly on a baking sheet covered in parchment paper. Bake at 400f for approximately 30 minutes.
