Spinach with an orange sauce

Ingredients
1 tbsp olive oil2 tbsp garlic minced1/4 cup O.J.red pepper flakes to taste16 cups of fresh spinach (raw)
Directions
Saute garlic in olive oil for 1 minute. Add O.J. and red pepper flakes. Put rinsed spinach in pot. Cover and simmer til spinach wilts.
