1 serving of fresh raw Carrots1 cup of raw Broccoli1 cup of fresh spinach1 medium roma tomato2 small gala applesJuice from 2 freshly squeezed white grapefruit
Directions
Put all your ingredients together in the blender or a magic bullet and mix until you get it as smooth as possible. you can also add a teaspoon of vanilla extract and a dash of cinnamon for some added flavor
