Mix the following dry ingredients thoroughly:5 cups old fashioned oats2 cups steel cut oatsI c. ground flax seedChop all of the fruit1 c. dried dates1 c. dried prunes1 c. raisins1 c. craisins1 c. dried apricots1 c. nuts chopped1 t. saltMix the following wet ingredients in a separate bowl:6 small over ripe bananas, mashed2 2/3 cups of warm water1 c almond milk (or more water if you choose)1/4 c + 1 T coconut oil (or oil of your choice)2 1/2 t vanillaAdd sweetner to taste. I don't add any. The fruit makes it sweet enoughPour liquid ingredients into dry ingredients and mix well. Spoon into cupcake lines and bake 21 minutes at 380 degrees. These will not rise at all. If you choose you may broil on low for 1 minute after they bake. These freeze well and can be eaten hot or cold.
Mix all dry ingredients and all wet ingredients in separate bowls. Mix wet into dry. Pour into cupcake lines and bake for 21 minutes at 380 degrees. You may broil them lightly for 1-2 minutes if you like. These are best when cold.
