Ingredients
wegman's turkey -ground 99% fat free, 2 lbsOnions, raw, 2 medium, choppedGarlic, 8 clove Olive Oil, 2 tsp Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 medium, choppedChili powder, 6 tbspMcCormick ground cumin, 4 tbspMorton Lite Salt, 1 tspPepper, black, 1 tsp wegman's ground tomatoes, 2 28 oz cansCanned Cannellini Beans,1 15-oz can drained & rinsedBeans, red kidney,1 15-oz can drained & rinsed
Directions
suate peppers in oil for approx. 4 minutes, add onion. saute until onion translucent, add minced garlic. Add spices & cook for a little. In another pan, brown ground turkey, drain, and to the onion pepper mix. Add 2 cans ground tomatoes, stir. Cook for a couple hours on low, add beans. heat thru.
