Crockpot Red Beans and Rice

1/2 cup chopped celery1/2 cup chopped green (bell) pepper1 small/medium chopped onion3 tsp minced garlic or 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped1 pkg (1 lb.) Al Fresco Smoked Andouille Chicken Sausage3 cans dark red kidney beans1 tsp Cajun Seasoning4 cups cooked long grain brown rice
Chop celery, onion, peppers and garlic. Slice sausages in half lengthwise, then cut in 1/2 inch wide pieces. Add all to crockpot.
Drain 2 of the 3 cans of beans and rinse well. Add one can of water to crockpot along with rinsed beans. Rinse only about half of the third can of beans and add rinsed beans to crockpot along with the unrinsed remainder of beans in the can.
Add cajun seasoning and stir ingredients. Cook on low for 6 hours. Add 4 cups of cooked rice and continue cooking another 1-2 hours.
