Ingredients
I peel (sometimes) a good sized pear. Any kind should work.Peel (of course) one banana :)Add about 20 oz of 'oat milk' (plenty of recipes on line as to how to make this....couple cups of oats, favoring if you like and 5 cups of water...filter when blended and refrigerate)ice cubes if you likeblend til smooth.
