Low Carb Chocolate Mousse Desert

Ingredients
1 3 oz pk of Neufchatel Cheese3 cups Ricotta Cheese1 cup Splenda sweetener4 tbsp unsweetened cocoa (dry powder)1 tbsp half and half1 tsp almond extract1 tsp vanilla extractsliced almonds for garnishchoclate chips for garnish
Directions
Let Neufchatel cheese stand in a bowl for a few minutes to soften. Once softened, add Ricotta cheese, Splenda, cocoa, almond extract, vanilla extract, mix until all is incorporated and smooth, add half and half a bit at a time if mix is too stiff. You want it to be the consistency of frosting.

Place in a glass bowl or divide into 10 small dessert dishes. Chill for at least 1 hour. Before serving, garnish with sliced almonds and/or a few chocolate chips.
