Ham String Beans and Potatoes

Ingredients
2 cups Ham, diced2 cans Green Beans, kitchen style (or use fresh beans snapped into bite sized pieces)4-5 Large potatoes w/skin, cut into bite sized pieces2 Tbs. butterwater to fill potpepper, garlic and parsley
Directions
Place all ingredients (except butter/margarine) into pot and fill with water to cover potatoes. Boil for at least 25 minutes until potatoes are cooked and then reduce heat , add butter and simmer for about 40 minutes.
