Row's Turkey Mish-Mash

Ingredients
1 cup spiral gf noodles8 oz. 97% fat free ground turkey1 cup red kidney beans2 cans diced tomatoeslarge onion, dicedsmall can mushrooms2 Tablespoons chili powder1 teaspoon ground cinnamon3 cloves garlic, smashed and dicedsalt to tastepepper to tasteketchup to taste, approximately 4 tablespoons
Directions
Brown turkey, onion, and garlic in nonstick pan.
Add remaining ingredients, except ketchup. Bring to boil, then simmer for at least 30 minutes. Add ketchup to taste.
