Chicken taco Bake (low carb and Low fat)

Ingredients
24 ounces of cooked shredded chicken1 cup salsa1 can tomato soup1 cup unsweetened almond coconut milk1 small onion chopped 6 6" mission low carb tortillas cut into bite size pieces2 cups cheddar cheese divided
Directions
Combine all ingredients with 1/2 of the cheese. Place in a baking dish and cover. Bake on 400 for 40 minutes. Remove, uncover, and cover with the remaining cheese. Bake an additional 5 minutes until the cheese is melted.
