Pecan Pie Granola

Ingredients
¼ cup melted coconut oil¼ cup canola oil½ cup golden syrup (or dark corn syrup)¼ cup packed dark brown sugar2 tbsp bourbon (or apple juice)1 tbsp vanilla extractpinch salt2 cups uncooked old fashioned oats1 cup quinoa flakes1 cup wheat germ1 ½ cups coarsely chopped pecans
Directions
Heat oven to 325F and line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. set aside.
In a large bowl, stir together the oils, golden syrup, brown sugar, bourbon, vanilla, and salt.
Add the oats, quinoa flakes, wheat germ and pecans, stirring gently to coat completely.
Spread mixture evenly onto the baking sheet.
Bake 30-35 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
Turn off the oven and let cool inside for 1 hour.
