Raw Broccoli Salad

Ingredients
4 bunches of broccoli1 large onion (viddalia is best)12 slices meatless or turkey bacon1 cup fat free or Just 2 Good Mayonnaise3/4 cup Splenda1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
Directions
Cut broccoli into bite sized pieces
Dice onion (Vidalia is best)
Microwave the bacon on paper towels until crisp and break into small pieces
Mix mayonnaise, splenda, diced onion, bacon & balsamic vinegar together (adjust to your taste)
Pour mixture over broccoli and toss
Refrigerate
