Slow n Smokey Turkey Chilli (free from added oil)

Ingredients
*Lean Turkey Breast Mince, 500 gramsOnions, raw, 1 cup, slicedJalapeno Peppers, 2 pepper - finely sliced/chopped (to taste. Remove seeds if you want to reduce the heat, add 1/2 to 1 or no chilli if you like it mild)Bell peppers (Green, Red, Yellow, Orange), sliced, 1 cup Smoked Paprika or chipotle, 1 tbsp (to taste)Chilli Powder, 2 tsp (to taste)Canned Tomatoes, 1 can Chicken Stock, 200ml (appx)
Directions
1. Brown mince on stove top (I have a slow cooker which allows me to use the pot on the stove first - very handy)

2. Add onion and saute for appx 4 mins

3. Add the peppers (chilli if using and bell)- saute for 2-3 mins

4. Add paprika and stir in, saute for 1 min. Then add chilli powder and do the same.

5. Add tomatoes and stir in - cook for appx 3 ,ins, bring to boil and reduce heat to simmer.

6' Add stock and do as with tomatoes.

7. Bring to boil and place in pre-heated slow cooker for 4 hours on high (6-8 hrs on med/low)

Serve with accompaniments such as guacamole/soured cream (light is just as tasty as regular), avacados, rice...anything else you fancy. Just don't forget to add up your calories :-)
